Sometimes we need to distract ourselves from distractions.

Take five minutes each day and think about what you are doing in that moment.
Distract your eyes and use your brain.
Close your eyes and ask yourself these questions.
Is what I'm doing healthy?
Is what I'm doing productive?
What goals do I have in life?
Is what I'm doing in this moment helping to achieve those goals?
