MINDFULNESS EXPLORATION

Panic is the factor that makes those around us panic. Panic is contiguous. Panic makes your situation more difficult to handle. Panic leads you down the wrong path. Panic causes you to second guess yourself and your decisions. Do not panic and let FEAR control you and your decisions. This weakness can eventually lead to self destruction and mental shutdown. So the question is what will you do when adversity is staring you in the face. You can let it control you or push it to the side and move forward. Calm is the factor that makes those around us calm. Calm is contiguous.  Calm is that feeling of confidence that helps you find the right answer. Calm is FEAR's  kryptonite. Calm is when you show FEAR who is the boss.  Stay calm and don't let FEAR control you as you make your decisions with confidence. Remain calm and lead those who need you guidance. The calm before the storm. Calmness parts the clouds and makes the sun shine. Calmness creates light within the darkness.

I'm not sure if you are a religious person, but i have a lot of faith in my heart. Sometimes, I believe I'm actually talking to GOD.  I am always asking him to show me a sign. My grandfather once told me when you get a chill or hot flash, that is GOD talking to you. Over the years my relationship with GOD has been up and down. In my heart I know this to be true:  When I ask him to show me a sign, I close my eyes and ask this question: GOD? Am i doing the right thing? Please show me a sign. I open my eyes and block out all the sounds around me. I look around for a sign. Then all of a sudden I feel tingly. If it's cold he is telling me to try something else. If it's warm he is telling me I'm doing the right thing.

Ever thought about distraction as a good thing? Sometimes we need to distract ourselves from distractions. I know right! What a concept! Take five minutes each day and think about what you are doing in that moment. Distract your eyes and use your brain. Close your eyes and ask yourself these questions. Is what I'm doing healthy? Is what I'm doing productive? What goals do I have in life? Is what I'm doing in this moment helping to achieve those goals?

There is no reality without perception. What is reality? What is perception? How do you view the world? Close your eyes. What do you see? How can you see with your eyes closed? This is your perception. You know what is around you where you stand. How do you view the world with your eyes closed? This is your reality. Its dark and unknown. Open your eyes, what do you see?  How has your perception changed? How do you see the world now? If you continue to see only what you want to see,  Then  Your perception and reality will never match.  If The world is not what you want it to be. And you don't like it, change it.

A form of body modification where a design is made by inserting ink, dyes and pigments, either permanent or temporary, into the dermis layer of the skin to change the pigment. I do not have any tattoos. I am not against tattoos. I have not found the right tattoo for me. I have heard so many stories about people getting tattoos. Some for good reason. Some for bad and others have a personal meaning that makes sense only to them. When and if I decide to get a tattoo, I will use these two pictures merged together.  My daughters name is Nevaeh. (heaven spelled backwards). Her middle name is Faith. When I think of her I think about Heaven and Faith. The miracle she is and how she has changed my life. This tattoo would honor her in the most beautiful way. As you view these two pictures, notice the lake, the stars, the clouds and the moon.   Written in the stars will be her name. NEVAEH. Reflected in the water will be HEAVEN. This dedication is permanent. I have been thinking about it...
